Every session is different. I begin and end with a structure that feels right and good, but what happens is different every time.
Reiki guides me, the stones speak, an inner knowing takes over showing me the way, and I give myself to the process.

Whether it be a new home, a birth, marriage, beginnings or endings of any situation, there is power in acknowledging and celebrating or releasing, personally, or in a group. I will work with you to create ritual that honors these times.

Crystals and gemstones are our allies offering support and guidance in our lives. I will work closely with you to determine what stones would be the best choices for your unique needs, infuse then with Reiki energy, and provide you with guidance and information about them and their use.
Reiki
Whether during an in person session, or when sending distance Reiki, the energy flows in through the top of the head and out the hands to where it is needed. I invite the Reiki Energy to create a field of Divine light and grace around me and my client that remains in place for the session. Hand placements direct the energy to the client with light touch, above the body, or envisioned for the distance client. The 4 Usui and 8 Karuna symbols may be used w/ Holy Fire Energy, as guided, as each has specific attributes for healing. Stone allies often are part of the Reiki session.
